Six single-family, four-story townhouses are planned at the corner of Wythe Avenue and South 4th Street, an area that is seeing a ton of development lately — most of it large rental buildings.  The Wythe Lane Townhouses, as they are known, will be less than 17 feet wide with 3,800 square feet of interior space. The developer is KUB Capital.
